Hungering for His Presence
We live in a world that is filled with a variety of hungers. The hunger for purpose, for
being loved, for relevance, for esteem, for material gain, for peace, and for so much
more. The list could go on and on. Everyone comes to each day with a list of life-hungers
we desire to satisfy. The daily news and our own relationships are filled with examples of
the life-hungers people are seeking. Some people are willing to pay any price to satisfy a
life-hunger for esteem or for success. Even the Olympics demonstrate for us how important
such hungers are. No Olympic athlete can even think of taking home the gold medal if he or
she does not make that attainment the top hunger of his life. As we think of desiring the
presence of God in our lives, our churches and our communities, the question confronts us
with an almost abrupt bluntness. Is the presence of God the top hunger in our lives?

From the Board of PTM
To our PTM friends,
The last three months have been very challenging for us here at Prayer Transformation
Ministries. We have spent much time in prayer seeking the Lords direction. He
continues to shape and mold us. In this process, PTM has been forced to do some major
restructuring and refining of the ministry.
As a result, effective the beginning of August my ministry partner of eight years,
Carol Madison, will be moving to other ministry opportunities. Carol has been an integral
part of this ministry. We have great love and admiration for her. We pray the Lord's
blessing on her.
Rose Gebo will also be leaving at of the end of September. Rose has made many
contributions to PTM in the function of her administrative ministry. We bless you, Rose,
and thank you.
We are deeply saddened to have to say goodbye to these two outstanding partners who
have done so much over the years to make PTM what it is today. Our request is that you
would continue to lift each of them up in your prayers for direction and provision in the
days ahead.
We know that both Carol and Rose would wish to thank you for the ways you have blessed
and encouraged them while they have been here at PTM.
It is important for us to communicate to you that the vision and mission of Prayer
Transformation Ministries remains the same. We value your prayers and continued support as
we seek to be agents of transformation for the Lords glory.
